In 1994, a beautiful new golf course opened in Davenport, Florida. Eighteen lush greens and rolling fairways at Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club have delighted area golfers of all levels of abilities ever since. The course was designed by well-known golf course architect, Ted McAnlis. Whether a beginner or a professional golfer, anyone can enjoy McAnlis’ handiwork at Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club.

The 7,031 yard golf course at Ridgewood Lakes has wonderful new Champions Turf greens, leveled tee boxes, new bunkers and well-planned landscaping. Hazards are strategically placed and fairways are surrounded by spectacular white sand bunkers. With such a prestigious-looking course, it is only to be expected that Ridgewood Lakes would be ranked as one of the best golf courses in the United States by Golf Digest and one of the top 30 courses in Florida. In addition, Ridgewood Lakes hosts several professional tours each year, including some PGA mini tours.

The golf course at Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club is a par 72 course located in Davenport, Florida, near both Orlando and Kissimmee in Central Florida. Orlando and Kissimmee have some of America’s top tourist attractions ranging from Disney World to Sea World or from MGM Studios to Epcot Center. In fact, there is something for everyone – fine restaurants, great shops, and a thriving nightlife. Davenport itself has delightful shops and delicious restaurants in a small town setting for those looking to get away from the bustle of the city.
