General Questions |
| How can you offer golf at these prices? |
|
eSouthernGOLF.com has made exclusive agreements with selected
courses to offer a limited number of rounds of golf each
month at the price advertised on the web site. |

| How much does it cost to join? |
| There are NO MEMBERSHIP or SERVICE FEES.
Your Total Cost is the cost of the card plus shipping
plus state sales tax. |

| If I live out of state, why do I have to
pay sales tax? |
| Most goods shipped out of state do not
require state or local sales tax to be added, but since
your final use of the golf certificate will be in the
state, state sales tax must be collected. |

| Who can buy a golf certificate? |

does not discriminate in any way, but we
do reserve the right to refuse to sell a card to anyone
we feel has been abusing any of the policies set forth
here, or any of the policies of the participating golf
courses. |
| This means we can refuse to sell anyone a certificate for any reason. |

| How many golf certificates can I buy? |
You may purchase a maximum of one
certificate per course per month. This means that
you may buy one certificate at Course A and another
certificate at Course B and another at Course C, but you
cannot buy two certificates at Course A.
Additionally you may NOT purchase the same course in
successive months.
We also reserve the right not to sell a card to any
customer that we feel has been abusing this
quantity restriction or any of our other policies or the
policies of the participating golf courses. |

| Exactly what do I get when I buy a golf
certificate? |
You will receive a certificate that is
good for four rounds of golf at the selected course.
Think of it like a gift certificate.
The Golf Card will be sent to the purchaser via
DHL/Airborne Express (shipping charges will be added).
Note:
Orders received after 2:00PM will be processed the next
business day. At some courses the use of the GPS
Yardage
System is NOT included and requires an
additional fee payable at the course for use. |

| How do I use the certificate once I get
it? |
Call the course and make a tee time.
Show up for your scheduled tee time and present the
card. There will be NO other charges at the course for
your golf. The cart is included for players using the
certificate.
Note: Occasionally at some courses you will be
asked to secure your tee time with a credit card. Your
credit card will not be charged unless you fail to show
for your tee time without cancelling. |

| Who can use the certificate? |
| These rounds may be used by one person
four different times or by four people all at once or
any other combination of four rounds of golf. The card
will be marked each time it is used; once all four
rounds have been used, the course will keep the card. |

| How much time do I have to use the
certificate? |
| The cards are usually good for thirty
(30) days or sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.

actual expiration date for that course. |

| What restrictions are there for use of
the certificate? |
At
MOST
courses the cards are valid for use anytime Monday
through Friday and after 11:00AM on Weekends and
Holidays. See Restrictions

| How do I know the course will honor the
certificate? |
| Feel free to call the course and ask for
the General Manager, Director of Golf or Head Pro and
ask them about using the certificate. |

| If I don't use the certificate before it
expires, can I get a refund? |
| No, due to the limited quantity of
discounts available each month there are NO REFUNDS.
Think of it like buying a ticket to a Football Game, if
you don't go to the game, you don't get a refund. |

| Who makes the tee time? |
| You do. It is your responsibility to
make your own Tee Time. When calling to schedule a Tee
Time, please identify yourself as a eSouthernGOLF.com
customer. |

| Shipping &
Delivery Questions |
| How is the certificate delivered? |
| ALL
CERTIFICATES are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping
options for orders delivered within the USA are Ground,
2nd Day, Next Day and Saturday Express. |

| Can I have the certificate sent to my
hotel or other place I will be staying? |
| If you are going to be arriving from out
of town, we will be happy to send your certificate to
where ever you are staying. Just provide us with the
shipping address, phone number of the shipping location
and your date of arrival. If you have provided us
with enough time we will schedule the shipment to arrive
the same day you do. If time permits we will do
this for the standard ground shipping charge. Please
include the phone number of the shipping location. |

| How long does it take to get the certificate? |
| Orders received by 2PM Eastern Time are shipped the same
Business Day. Orders received after 2PM are shipped the
next Business Day. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not
considered Business Days. You will receive an email from
DHL Express with shipment tracking information once your
order has been processed. Note: Even though you have
received a tracking status eMail, tracking information
is usually NOT available until after 7:00PM (Eastern
Time) the day the order is shipped. |

| Typically Ground
Delivery is the same as overnight delivery for shipping
locations located within 100 miles of Orlando. It is NOT
guaranteed overnight but in most cases it will be
delivered the next business day. |

| Why don't you send the certificates in
the mail? |
| As much as we would like to use the US Postal Service for delivery,
the USPS has not been able to provide us with a reliable
tracking method or Proof of Delivery. |

| Inventory Questions |
| How many certificates are available each
month? |
| The actual number of certificates vary
by course and time of year. During the peak season,
inventory is very limited. During the slow times of the
year inventory is more plentiful. In all cases, however,
it is a first come first serve basis and once we are
Sold Out for a particular course we are SOLD OUT, we
don't hold back anything. We can't sell you what we
don't have. |

| When do you update inventory for the
month? |
Inventory is updated on the 1st day of
the month at 9:30AM (Eastern Time). If the 1st falls on
a Sunday then inventory is updated at
1:30PM on the 1st. Every effort is made to update
exactly on time, but occasionally due to Internet
traffic the update is a few minutes late. |
